Free Professional Photos
One way we add value is by providing our guests with free professional photographs from their tour. Our photographer, Boris waits mid-tour to snap some fun photos of you and your group and then we have this ready for you by the end of your tour.
Your photos are on a flash drive so they’re easy for you to share with your friends and family.
As you’re probably aware, other companies charge extra for this! If you’ve been on a winter tour with our sister company Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours™ you’ll recognise Boris as he’s also our winter tour photographer. He’s been with our company for almost two decades so he’s very skilled at capturing epic action shots, as well as occasionally capturing some hilarious blooper shots.

The quality of your tour experience is our number one priority that’s why all of our river rafting gear and equipment is new, high quality and super clean.
Your safety is also extremely important to us, which is why all of our gear and equipment is regularly tested and inspected. We pride ourselves on this and know you expect nothing less!

Downtown Canmore Office
When you choose White Wolf Rafting you’ll experience our sense of pride throughout your tour. We share a large office and retail location on 10th Street, just one block away from Main Street, in downtown Canmore, with our sister company, Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours™.
Our centrally located space offers plenty of nearby parking as well as public transportation stops. Modern and spacious, our office and retail space include stylish changing rooms, which guests love, as well as two bathrooms. We also offer a range of White Wolf Rafting merchandise for sale, including practical things you may have forgotten, like sunglasses. We also feature work by local Bow Valley artists.
Proper Change Rooms
One extra touch that our guests really love about our tour experience is our changing rooms.
Located in our downtown Canmore office and retail location, our changerooms are convenient and practical.
Plus, let’s face it, it’s way easier and much more comfortable to get changed in our changerooms than beside the river in front of a group.
“Being fans of the Snowy Owl Dog Sled Dog Tours, we wanted to try out their sister company’s white water rafting trips. Everything was seamlessly organized. The wetsuits and gear were all in excellent condition and they had changing rooms at the office which was much nicer than putting the suits on by the river as we had done on different rafting trips! We did the Kananaskis River tour and there were plenty of fun rapids followed by a nice scenic float trip at the end. Comfortable Transportation
Another area of our operations that we’re proud of is our comfortable, clean transportation. Our guests are whisked from our downtown Canmore office space to their river tour launch location, either on the Bow River or in Kananaskis.
One of our bus drivers, Pedro, also drives with our sister company and has also been with our company for almost two decades. Guests love Pedro for his fun personality and taste in music. He is often mentioned in guests reviews.
