Yes, please refer to our policies page for details on cancellations and rescheduling.

You can, but we don’t suggest it. Everything in the boat is likely going to get wet, and there’s a possibility that your items will get damaged or lost in the water. If you’re confident you can keep hold of your camera or phone and have a waterproof casing, we will allow it, but do remember that we provide professional photos of every tour so it’s not necessary. We have some helmets with GoPro mounts, so if you’d like to bring your GoPro, please contact our office to ensure those helmets are available and compatible with your device.

Bags can be left on our secure bus during the tour, as they’re not permitted on the raft.

Bathrooms and changing facilities are available at our Canmore office. There are no facilities directly at the river.

We offer private group bookings, with up to 42 participants per session. Reach out to our office to arrange special group packages or events.

We recommend booking at least a week in advance. However, if you’re flexible with dates, last-minute bookings may be possible. With that said, our tours fill up quickly and our season is short in the Bow Valley, so book as far in advance as you can if you want to secure specific dates.
