I/We are bound by a 7 day cancellation policy where if I/We cancel our tour within 7 days of our reservation White Wolf Rafting will retain the full cost of the tour, this is also applicable to “no-shows” or “late guests”. Any guests who are ill or have experienced an unforeseen circumstance resulting in them not being able to attend their tour, White Wolf Rafting reserves the right to request official paper work confirming the incident. I/We understand that it is at the discretion of White Wolf Rafting as to what circumstance deems a refund or reschedule.
